(Note: I had written this article before, but WordPress deleted it, so I’m going to have to rewrite it, and make it even more scathing than before.)
I just saw an ad through my college email system saying that there is going to be a student performance of The Vagina Monologues at my college. It’s this radical feminist play where the women all get up on the stage and they pretend that their vaginas have the ability to talk, and they talk about feminist screed and throw some misandry in there too.
I don’t get it, are they trying to run a college, or are they trying to run a circus?
I read awhile back that this feminist play had in it a piece called “The Little Coochie Snorcher that Could” which featured a 24 year old babysitter who had sex with the 13 year old girl that she was supposed to be babysitting. Under statuatory rape laws, which are in existence largely due to feminists, this is statuatory rape, and if it were a 24 year old man having sex with a 13 year old woman, that man would recieve a prison sentence of 20+ years if caught. But a woman caught doing the same thing would likely recieve nothing more than a slap on the wrist, and a play made in her honor where there is applause, cheers, and standing ovations.
A conservative columnist named Robert Swope worked to expose the feminists for blatant hypocracy. Once this was exposed to the public, the feminists received many complaints from disgusted people. To cover their asses, the feminists changed the age of the young girl from 13 to 16.
So they changed her age to 16. So what? In many, many states (including states where “The Vagina Monologues” is performed), a 24 year old having sex with a 16 year old is still in violation of statuatory rape laws. And I can guarantee you that if you were a 24 year old man who had sex with a 16 year old girl in these states you would be locked up for 20 years for statuatory rape just the same. But of course if you’re a woman, it’s just fine, and you get no punishment. You get a play made in your honor which gets awards, applause, and standing ovations. And this time, noone, not even Robert Swope, spoke out against it.
The question is how. How can a highly respected institution teach artificial intelligence, higher mathematics, and physics on one hand, while on the other teach how to whine about your vagina and how to be a feminist hypocrite?
Laboratory Mike provided one answer to that question. He recently found that many times feminist and other leftist organizations directly give grant money to colleges and universities for the establishment of women’s centers (read: feminist centers) and other leftist centers, and use these centers as a base of operations in order to spread feminist and leftist propaganda throughout the institution.
I have long since known of another mechanism which they use. They create a questionnaire with questions like the following: “Do you have a woman’s center?” “Do you have programs which support feminism?” “Do you have student performances of The Vagina Monologues?” And then they dangle grant money in front of the institution, and do not give it to them until the institution can answer all questions in the affirmative. So essentially the administration sells everyone out to feminists and other Marxists in exchange for grant money.
Due to one of these two mechanisms, and I suspect the second, we are now going to have radical feminist baby babble dumbing down our campus.
As SnikerG, who goes to the same college said on antimisandry.com, people need to grow some balls and stop these feminists and Marxists from controlling our college.
Unfortunately I can’t agree that it’s childish Luke; childishness implies some sort of innocence. The Vagina Monologues are something far more sinister.
Realize the following:
1. Normally, The Vagina Monologues are preformed yearly, on Valentines day.
2. The Vagina Monologues encourages various forms of audience participation from clapping to chanting “vagina” over and over again.
3. From Wikipedia, “Every year a new monologue is added to highlight a current issue affecting women around the world.”
4. The Vagina Monologues is utterly dogmatic. Challenges to its content go largely ignored. Only when the content is clearly over the top, as in the statutory rape scene, is anything ever questioned or changed.
These characteristics are not simply the characteristics of a play. While it is true that Stratford, Ontario for instance, annually does a Shakespearean festival, it’s not always the same play, and it’s unlikely to involve audience participation in a fashion similar to the Vagina Monologues. What this means, is that the Vagina Monologues is a form of ritualistic religious indoctrination. The cult in question is the cult of feminism. The goal of the ritual is to pierce the minds of converts, using a combination of fear and relief tactics to break down their resistance. It’s all classic cult behavior.
Besides how many college-aged females knowing nothing else, could resist the curiosity to go see the play based on its tittle alone?
The women who support the Vagina Monolouges and the statutory rape scene are the same ones to support To Catch A Predator and that “pervert men should be locked up”.
Sounds a like a feminist version of Jesus Camp, which was thankfully shut down. Of course the same thing will never happen with [i]The Vagina Monologues[/i] due to “creative license” and the fact that radical feminism has the luxury of no historical crusades to wake the public up to its dangers… yet.
Not all feminists are extremists. And I don’t agree with everything that is said and done in these monologues, however to be angry at women for their hypocrisy is hypocrisy in itself. AS WITH ALL BELIEF SYSTEMS AND MOVEMENTS, there will be people who do think it’s okay to say one thing and do another, but if you are going to judge these women based on participation, then do not forget about religions and philosophies that do the same.
All that the Vagina Monologues are trying to do is to 1) raise money to fight domestic violence (which most commonly occurs in the manner of men hurting women) and 2) to help women become more in touch with the part of them that everyone tries to hush up. Men talk all the time about their penises, why is it wrong or offensive for a woman to talk about her vagina? This is a double standard and HYPOCRISY!
I don’t agree with extreme forms of feminism, but I as a female student, as a female employee, as a daughter and as a girlfriend, I know I DESERVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS ANY MAN, I DESERVE EQUALITY. Besides if the Vagina Monologues anger men as much as they say, then why don’t they create penis monologues or promote domestic violence and the silencing of women. We are all entitled to our own opinions and I wouldn’t call you childish for believing in something masculine.
But as a woman coming from a family with a long history of domestic violence, I am proud to participate in the Vagina Monologues. I am proud to be the first woman in my family to go to college and I am proud to work as hard as any man on equal playing ground. Because as a feminist, that is all I want, to be given the same respect a man gets for the same hard work.

Females should be judged on the hate they spew. Hate is evil, like the malingering evil that the feminiazi have spread across the land, like all the millions of families feminists have destroyed and uncounted millions of children hurt. Take all the “pride” in hate you like. But don’t ever expect any man to accept you for anything other than a sorry hate filled evil whore. That is exactly what you are.

Perhaps a play entitled “The Penis Monologues”, with the same scenario, would answer the question of hypocrisy.
I unlike many men do not look down on women, i expect respect as well as give respect , women as well as men treat other subjectively and that should stop. I am totally embarassed to talk about something so personal as my body to others unless its for educational purposes only. I feel no pride in something that i have yet to use. I am a virgin and not because of religion or fear of women. I choose because i seek something higher and more stimulating than sex , intellectual curiousity, and enlightenment. I feel people should have right sbut their are limits to this when it becomes specialized rights for an inclusive group which in itself is discrimination. I dont believe in gay rights not because of religion but of darwin and what itcould mean to population of humanity if we keep going towards a future that is unsustainable. I believe in yin and yang balance of opposites, there is an inbalance with gay marriage and relationships which would sooner or later manifest in humanity’s destruction, possibly genetic sterilization of males and/or females with degradation of hormones, and sexual glands processes. I do not hate i pity, Jesus stated to Pity one’s enemies not hate them.I believe in freedom, freedom where we set limits upon our own selves to allow growth in natural progression. I feel these genetic flaws or social bumps a clear view of humanity’s genetic discern to destroy oneself. Religion has degraded into organizational discrepences and outcasted individuals with a free mind and oneness with god thru the holy spirit which is within our hearts not our minds.
Couldn’t they raise funds a different way? Why don’t they just bake cookies or something?
