I am absolutely sick of all the little socialists walking around who think that it’s “justice” for the government, and not parents, to have control over the raising of children. This whole “divorce culture”, with divorce being made easy and with the government taking children away from their fathers and only letting the fathers see their children every weekend and telling them that their only right is to keep shelling out child support, that has happened in the last 40-50 years has been the direct result of abuse of power by the government.
I am for strictly limited government. I don’t think that children are the property of the government, and I don’t think that the government has the right to take children away from any parent without a very good reason.
Two fathers, Robert Pedersen and Rob Mackenzie, will be biking 600 miles from Lansing to Washington, DC to protest the government’s lack of decency in this matter.
This is going to be a major Michigan news event, and could possibly make national news.
Oh…can’t forget my favourite “Communism needs Democracy like the human body needs oxygen”.
A harsh truth summary.
The moment PARENT Corporation Registers formation of subsidiary Corporation CHILD (the human’s birth has already been recorded), PARENT signs ownership of CHILD [and its human collateral] over to GOVERNMENT and thereby enters into a Constructive Trust with GOVERNMENT for care and maintenance of CHILD, essentially becoming a FOSTER-PARENT of own child. If GOVERNMENT suspects PARENT of failing to maintain CHILD in a manner not Permitted by it, PARENT is in breach of Trust and GOVERNMENT has “very good reason” to intervene, with PARENT being guilty until proven innocent. Since PARENT rarely proves self innocent (actually there is no Innocent, if you’re lucky you’re simply “Not Guilty”as in insufficient evidence), PARENT typically loses, unless outside political pressure or a soft judge decides otherwise.
Overcoming this system to become a Sovereign/Stateless Individual is probably more difficult than battling Feminism because at least a Feminist is a corporeal entity with the potential to use its brain while GOVERNMENT is a legal fiction which inherently lacks one. Perhaps that would make it easier, what do I know? Remember, “the power lies in the proles” and “It doesn’t matter who you vote for, the government always gets elected”.
